🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for size issues. Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons other than incorrect sizing.

📦 Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are only accepted for size-related issues.
  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • You must contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
  • Shipping charges for sending the item back and receiving the new size will be borne by the customer.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage.
  • Items returned after the 7-day period.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.

📲 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size you require.
  2. Once approved, send the item to our return address (provided upon approval).
  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the new size.

❗ Important Notes

  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or store credit.
